If you write to us, we have your email. Our products are separate: each one that collects anything has its own privacy notice, named in section 5.
§ 1 Who we are
Skrullz Productions LLC (“Skrullz Productions”, “we”, “us”) is a limited liability company formed in New York in 2014. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

§ 2 What this website collects
Nothing. Specifically, skrullz.com has:
- no accounts, no log-in and no user profiles;
- no contact form and no newsletter sign-up;
- no cookies, no local storage, no session storage and no device fingerprinting;
- no analytics or measurement of any kind;
- no advertising, remarketing or conversion pixels;
- no social media embeds, comment systems or chat widgets;
- no third-party fonts, scripts or content delivery networks. Every file a page loads — type, images, stylesheet — comes from skrullz.com, so visiting this site does not announce your visit to anyone else.
Because nothing is stored on your device and nothing is passed on, this site shows no consent banner. There is nothing to consent to. See the Cookie Notice.
§ 3 What hosting necessarily processes
To deliver and protect a website at all, our hosting and network provider processes technical connection data: your IP address, the user agent your browser sends, the address you requested, the response code, the time, and an approximate location derived from the IP address.
This is used to serve the page, to block attacks and abuse, and to diagnose faults. We do not use it to build a profile of you, do not combine it with any other information, and do not receive a per-visitor report. Retention is set by the provider and is short.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and available website.
§ 4 When you write to us
Email sent to admin@skrullz.com arrives in a mailbox hosted by Google Workspace, which acts as our processor. We receive your email address, any name you give, and whatever you put in the message.
We use it to answer you, to keep a record of the matter, and where relevant to meet a legal obligation. We do not add you to a mailing list — we do not operate one. We keep correspondence for as long as the matter needs and our records require, generally no longer than seven years, and then delete it.
§ 5 Our products
This policy covers this website and correspondence with the company. Our products are separate, and each collects what its own notice describes:

Where a store listing names this page as the privacy policy for an application, the application’s own notice still governs that application and is linked from its listing.
§ 6 Children
This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Phase Ships is made for children, and is covered in Children’s Privacy. If you believe a child’s information has reached us, email admin@skrullz.com and we will delete it.

§ 8 Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority — in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner’s Office.
To exercise any of these, email admin@skrullz.com. We answer within one month and do not charge. We may ask for enough information to be confident who you are; we will not ask for more than that.
§ 9 California and other United States privacy laws
We do not sell personal information and have not done so in the preceding twelve months. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics. See Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
§ 10 Where information is held
We are a United States company and our providers process information in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your message is processed there. For transfers from the United Kingdom or the EEA we rely on the standard contractual clauses operated by our providers.
§ 11 Security
Company mail and administrative accounts are protected with multi-factor authentication, access is limited to those who need it, and this site is served over TLS only. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
§ 12 How long we keep things
This website stores nothing. Hosting logs are retained by our provider for a short period. Correspondence is kept as described in section 4.
§ 13 Changes to this policy
The effective date is at the top of this page. If we make a material change we will say so here and update that date. A copy of the previous version is available on request.
