Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

In short
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We never have. There is no opt-out to click because there is nothing to opt out of — but your other rights are real, and section 5 says how to use them.
§ 1 The statement
Skrullz Productions LLC does not sell personal information, and has not sold personal information in the preceding twelve months. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose beyond what is necessary to provide what you asked for.
We do not run advertising, we do not operate a mailing list, and this website collects nothing at all. See the Privacy Policy.
§ 2 What those words mean
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, sell means disclosing personal information to another business for money or other valuable consideration, and share means disclosing it for cross-context behavioural advertising, whether or not money changes hands. Both are broader than they sound, which is why the flat statement above is worth making.
§ 3 What we do hold
Only what you send us. If you write to admin@skrullz.com we hold that message and your address, for the reasons and for the period set out in section 4 of the Privacy Policy. Our service providers — our mail host and our website host — process it on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
§ 4 Your rights
- To know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to.
- To a copy of that information in a portable form.
- To correct information that is inaccurate.
- To delete it, subject to the narrow exceptions the law allows, such as a record we must keep for tax.
- To opt out of sale or sharing. Ours is a standing opt-out: we do neither, for anyone.
- To limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect any.
- Not to be treated differently for exercising any of these. We do not offer financial incentives and we will not degrade anything because you asked.
§ 5 How to make a request

We confirm receipt within ten business days and respond within forty-five calendar days. If we need longer we will tell you why within that period and take no more than another forty-five days. Requests are free. We may decline a request that is manifestly unfounded or excessive, and we will say so in writing and explain why.
§ 6 How we verify who you are
We match the request against what we hold — ordinarily the email address that wrote to us. If we cannot verify you to a reasonable degree of certainty we will not hand over personal information, and we will tell you that is why. We do not ask for identity documents for a routine request, and we use anything you send only to verify the request.
§ 7 Authorised agents
You may use an authorised agent. Send us written permission signed by you. We may still contact you directly to confirm that you gave that permission and that you intend the request.
§ 8 If you are not in California
Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware and other states give similar rights, with different names and deadlines. We apply the same handling to every request, wherever you live, and we answer within the shortest applicable period.
§ 9 One honest note
We are a small company and may not meet the revenue or volume thresholds that make the CCPA apply to us. We honour these requests regardless. We would rather answer than argue about whether we have to.
§ 10 Appeals
If we refuse a request, you may appeal by replying with Privacy appeal in the subject. We will answer in writing within forty-five days and, if we still refuse, tell you how to complain to your state Attorney General.
