Children’s Privacy

§ 1 Why this page exists

One of our divisions makes children’s entertainment. That places obligations on us under the United States Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), under the children’s programmes of the app stores, and under the platform rules for children’s video. This page says plainly how we meet them.

§ 2 This website

skrullz.com is a company information site. It is not directed to children, and it collects nothing from any visitor of any age. See the Privacy Policy.

§ 3 Phase Ships

Phase Ships is an animated series made for children and distributed through third-party video platforms.

• The programme itself collects no personal information from viewers. It is video: there is nothing in it to sign into, no account, no message field and no in-programme purchase.
• We label our children’s content as made for children on the platforms that carry it. On those platforms that setting disables personalised advertising and restricts data collection against the content.
• We do not run interest-based advertising against children’s content, and we do not target advertising to children anywhere.
• The platform that hosts and plays the video has its own privacy practices, which we do not control. Those practices are described by that platform.

§ 4 Our games

Each Attack Ships title states in its store listing and in its own notice what, if anything, it collects. Where a title collects nothing at all — no account, no analytics, no network calls — it says so plainly rather than reserving the right in case it changes.

§ 5 COPPA

We do not knowingly collect, use or disclose personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If we discover we have received such information, we delete it promptly and without keeping a copy.

§ 6 Parents and guardians

If you believe we hold information about your child, you may ask us what we hold, ask us to delete it, and refuse any further collection. Email admin@skrullz.com with enough detail for us to find the record. We will respond within 30 days. We will not require more information from you than we need to answer the request, and we do not charge.

§ 7 App stores and platform programmes

Where a title of ours is listed for children, we design it to the requirements of Apple’s Kids Category and Google Play’s Families policy. In those programmes, third-party advertising and analytics are limited to what the programme permits, and we do not add anything beyond it.
